Ok I will start out by posting my system specs:

DFI Lanparty Ultra-D Nforce 4 623-3
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ @ 2.5Ghz
2GB OCZ
7200.9 250GB Seagate
6800 NU 128MB
DWL-G520 Wireless adapter
Windows XP x64

When I copy files over my network with Windows Explorer, into another computer's shared folder, my mouse cursor stutters and is useless. I have tried moving PCI slots with my network card and I have tried multiple USB ports. It has done this after formats. Thanks to any help that you can provide.

Not much of an 'intelman(07)' after all--not with that 3200+

Do you think the issue has to do with an external conflict between the signals of the wireless network and the mouse? or an internal problem with the computer?

Transfer a massive folder that will take 10 minutes to copy and then move the mouse and sending unit over to the computer you are moving files to, see if the mouse works fine or not. This way you can eliminate heavy wireless traffic as a possible problem.

If the problem is just with your computer, I don't have any solutions.

If the problem exists on the other computer too, try a different wireless channel.

Yeah I'm not much of an Intelman anymore, AMD won my heart, except for multitasking. I went from a P4 with hyperthreading to this processor, and I notice that multitasking is noticably slower. X2s are just too much money :( mtnd3vil, I forgot the G7 operated on the 2.4Ghz frequency like 802.11g, I will change channels. And yes acegazda, the G7 is a great mouse, very comfortable and fast. My only complaint is logitech's software is kinda weird.

Ok changing channels worked, I went from 6 to 2. I should have thought about that, but I'm glad you joggled my memory! All is well and all is happy.
