Logitech G500 Middle Button Click

I just found out the middle click is very hard to click, I was in solidworks trying to rotate my object and I had to hit the middle button many many times until I put enough pressure for it to register.

I am not sure if this is how the mouse is or if it has an issue.

Can anyone confirm this?

Yep, it's pretty heavy on my G500 too. It's easy to accidentally scroll the wheel up-down or sideways while trying to push it down.

G400 same way, it will probably loosen up a bit over time.

my old G5 and G9x I use at work are the same. If you don't use the left/right middle click buttons you can just map one of those to the same functionality as middle click. I never use those so it worked pretty well for me. It is kind of annoying though. I still haven't found my perfect mouse. Roccat Kone + may be it but I'm not willing to spend a hundred bucks on it.
