Try either moving the position of the reciever (especially away from other electrical devices), or try changing the channel the devices are operating on using the Logitech software. Those are what I've found to work.

The scan update rate on that piece is much lower than that of a wired mouse. MX700 is much better. As a matter of fact, the MX700 *IS* as fast as a wired mouse. This is why it wears the battery down so fast.

If you're using Windows XP, ditch the crappy Logitech software and use the default WinXP drivers.

That's the FIRST thing you should do when installing any Logitech mouse IMHO.

When I got mine it acted a little crazy for a week or so.....It would stop working and I'd have to change the channels frequently, but after that first week I've never had to do it again. Just a thought.................Also, definetely make sure that you move that reciever away from computers/monitors/anything electronic. Hope this helps

isn't the mouse that comes with the combo's the old wireless stuff? 50hz? very bad man! ur going from state of the art mx sweetness to yesterdays wireless tech. it doesn't feel laggy, it IS laggy

only good wireless mouse is mx 700 with its 125hz refresh which is same as corded. not to mention mx series mice have better sensors, if your mouse isn't mx, oh man ick. ihave an old cordless logitech, i rarely use it.

old style wireless mouse ickiness hasnothing to do with drivers, its a hardware limitation.
