Title says it all. I got in on this, using some gift certs I got for ThankYou points, so it pretty much turned them into cash.

Credit goes to someone in the FS/FT forums!

Edit:Weird...I bought this today, and it was $3ish more than when I placed this in my cart on Friday. And I bought it about an hour ago, and now it's $13ish more than it was then. Sorry I didn't post sooner.[/b]

This is an absolutely great keyboard, the best I've ever used. I've gone throught the G15, the Timberwolf, and the biometric Bloomberg keyboard, but was never completely happy with those. Unless something amazing comes out, this is the keyboard I will be using for the next several years.

Build quality is outstanding, it's compact, and the keys have a nice solid feel. I was a little wary going with a wireless keyboard, but tt truly was plug and play, powers up on boot (let's you key into BIOS), and positively no lag in games.

The only thing I wish it had was a NUM pad (you give this up for the built-in mouse pad and its compact size) and the glossy black finish is prone to smudging.

Well, well worth $87 imo, or even $100. You can probably find it on the Bay for cheaper...

I do use the touchpad from time to time; it's definitely a nice-to-have when you're sitting on the couch or at a distance with the keyboard. The touchpad itself works about as good as the one on my Dell laptop: functional, but nowhere near as good as a mouse.

The touch volume control/mute above the touchpad is also really handy. On most keyboards, I've found the volume controls either don't work or are positioned awkwardly/too small.
