Just verified with Logitech, that this mouse has balls. errrr, rather it's the balled version.
Still good for the lappy.

Once you go ballless you can never go back to balls. Amazon has the MS Optical for $10 after rebate, corded though.

Good find even if it is balled, I got mine like a month ago for way more. I don't really like the range though. It starts to scrwe up at like two yards, maybe it's just not meant for that kind of distance but I wanted it to be like a remote for my media box
