Logitech Cordless Elite Duo problems

Having trouble with this keyboard. WHile playing games the keys would not respond at times and the gamecharacter would move on its own without me pressing any keys. I've tried swapping the batteries, using the logitech itouch software/driver, the win xp driver, installing/uninstalling the drivers and keyboard still acts up. any help would be great. thx
 
Sounds like radio interference to me, I had the same problem once, make sure you play with the positioning of the receiver.
