Bestbuy has a $50 rebate on the Elite Duo set. Officemax has a the same Logitech Elite Duo set for $60 this week. Time for a pricematch at Bestbuy! Read the reviews from Monkey Review and 3Dxtreme.

Note : Deal starts on 04/27/03 - Sunday!

1. Print or find the Officemax ad.
2. Go to your local Bestbuy.
3. Purchase the Logitech Elite Duo for $99.99.
4 . Rebate Price : -$50.00
( prints out at cash register )
5. Go to your car and drop off the rebate form.
6. Pickup the Officemax ad and go to the customer service desk.
7. Tell them that the price at Officemax is $59.99 and you want a pricematch.
( Pricematch : -$44 )
8. Go home and mail in the $50 rebate.
Final Price : $5.99 + Time+ Tax

Apparently Newegg's PC Magazine ad for this and last month show the combo for 32 bucks. Use BVG and make money off this!!!

This may be off topic, but I haven't gotten my logitech 20% off cordless rebate from the first HOT elite duo deal about 4-5 months ago. Has anyone gotten their rebates yet?

mm... this'll be nice... Best Buy is right next to OfficeMax here... :)

Does anyone know if this will work with my MX700 receiver? That would save me a USB port.. (not taht I really need it, I have 6.) but either way... it'd be nice to have an extra.

the keyboard is pimp, but the mouse ain't (at least for gamers). oh well... it's still well worth it for <$10 total.

Can't you get the rebate online?

I'd just say I want a PM to OfficeMax instead of their rebate and print out the rebate online.

man i got this keyboard and all i can say about it is.. awesome..
i love everything aobut it..i especailly like the menu option on the itouch buttons..where u can assign one of the keys like the have a drop down list of programs u use. like i have one button have a drop down of all my internet programs i use all the time..


many many other features u can modify to fit ur needs..its great.


the only thing i'd like them to add in their software is some way to save the configuration..that would just be sweet.

i play q3, ut2k3, jk2, and wc3 with this mouse and have no problems winning :)

I don't remember if it's the same deal, but I got in on a Logitech rebate from buy.com in november I think. Was it like $5x.xx with a $20 or $30 rebate? Both me and my gf's dad got our rebates like 2 months ago.

Parago/RebatesHQ has been slow paying some of the Logitech rebates. They say it's because of "technical difficulties". Fortunately, this rebate is being paid by BB because it's going to the Calais, ME address. You should receive your rebate check within 4 weeks.


There is always a big discussion and everyone gets confused on deals like this (i.e. buy item from BB and pricematch OM.) Go to BB and buy the keyboard/mouse duo at full price. Keep your rebate that prints from the register. At some point afterwards (5 minutes, 5 hours, next day, etc.) go to customer service desk with your receipt and the OM ad. Ask for the pricematch. They should pricematch with no problems. However, they may refuse and say that they are already pricematching via their BB rebate. If they refuse, come back at a different time with a different CSR or go to a different store to get the pricematch. As far as which receipt to send in with the rebate, you should be able to send in the original rebate receipt. Some people send in a copy of the original receipt (before pricematch), the after pricematch receipt or the special yellow adjustment receipt. Sending any of these receipts has worked for most people. A few people had their rebates rejected. I always just send the original rebate receipt to BB on a pricematch deal like this. If they reject it you can send them the other documentation or just go back to the B&M and get your money. The latter option is preferable since the BB rebate center does not have the authority to do squat.

Very simple and EVERYONE should go get this. It is very doable.

100 dollar wireless set for a few bucks is Flaming hot!

I shouldnt have any problems with the rebate either, since I have the origianl rebate form that says I paid 100 bucks for it.

no problems in Arlington, Tx. I asked them to pricematch before I purchased. I never seem to get the extra 10% though...
