logitech cordless controller for xbox: questions

i just got one today. is it just me, or do you have to press on the buttons harder to register anything? seems like i can lightly tap the regular s-controller and my character would attack, and that i have to press a bit harder with the cordless. is it just me? or is this normal?
 
I'd agree with lokiju. I don't have one personally, but I've used logitech controllers owned by two or three different friends, and they all seemed even more sensitive than the regular xbox controller (especially the trigger buttons and analog sticks).
 
the problem with mine is that when i press the buttons as i normall do on the s-controller, the light on the logitech receiver lights up, meaning it received the signal, but it doesn't register in the game until I press harder.
