Call 1-800-231-7717 Press 1, then 2, then 2 and finally 1 and enter the phone number you used when you filled out the form. They will tell you approximately when your goodies are due!

You seem to be forgetting that first of all, they're shipping EARLY and last time I checked the calendar, the 6-8 week timeframe is still at least two weeks away. Geez, you're getting something for absolutely free and possibly earlier than expected, and yet you've still found a way to complain. :disgust:

You're also forgetting that they had to ship out 20,000 as well. I'm pretty sure they're going to process paying orders first, then when the time comes, process the contest winners. It would be bad business to ship to freeloaders before actual customers...

I am surprised that they would run out of stock considering they were heavily promoting this contest, even in national magazines, so you'd think they would have increased production before the contest so they could fulfill all 20,000+ "orders". However, I'm certainly not going to whine about the fact that other people are getting theirs, because it hasn't been 6-8 weeks and it's freaking free!

I also got a response of "OOS", however, this may or may not be bad news. Some people on FW are reporting that they received the better Cordless Elite Duo instead of the Navigator Duo. I'm hoping that I'll be one of the people they sub the Elite for. 😀

No one got Elite Duo's. Everyone is saying "the box says navigator, but it's black like elite!!". Well, the promo was for Navigator Duo SE's. SE being "special edition" as in they're black instead of white.

I thought I saw a couple of people say it had a scroll wheel on the keyboard, which the Elite has, but the Navigator does not.

yup. and if you look at the pictures on logitechs website, the mouse is ergnomically shaped for righties ever so slightly.

yup. and if you look at the pictures on logitechs website, the mouse is ergnomically shaped for righties ever so slightly.

logitechcordless.com, the contest site, shows the SE as having the same mouse as the navigator: both-handed, symmetrical. I suggest you check what the Elite and the Navigator and the SE look like side by side.
