Anyone gotten one back? Even seen it processed?

After resubmitting mine 3 times, I finally got someone on the phone who told me they had a problem with the promotion in their computer systems, and that in 15-20 days I would be receiving a status post card or email. Andy (CSR) said that the submissions had not yet even been entered/processed.

I'd be interested to know if this is the case for everyone or not.

Brain fart --- hit new topic rather than reply.

The funny thing about this 20% rebate was that it was offered as a consolation prize when Logitech was giving away the 20,000 sets of Elite Duos on their web sites. Laff. Nice customer loyalty reward.

freaking logitech ignores my e-mails. ive sent then 5 emails inquiring about my rebate. the first one gave me a response, telling me that they'll do me a favor just this one time, and validated my 10 dollar rebate. the problem is i was suppose to get a 20 dollar rebate. i emailed them back, attaching a scan of my rebate form and upc. did this four times in a period of four months. no response.

the customer support number on their webpage is disconnected, too
