Radio waves, like all electromagnetic radiation, travel at 299,792,458 m/s. Incidentally, that is the same speed that electrical signals travel down a cord. Modern RF mice don't have any more 'lag' than corded mice.
Its pretty clear you're not an electrical engineer like I am.
Corded mice send pulses down a wire instantaneously while wireless mice must first modulate each pulse so that they can be sent through RF and each pulse then must be demodulated at the receiver. This is where lag comes from and it will ALWAYS be there. Period.
Like I said, I don?t care what kind of marketing lingo Logitech or other companies throw at you wireless mice simply are NOT as responsive as corded. Like I said I have used every high end Logitech wireless mouse out there and I switched back to my old corded Microsoft optical mouse. Cored mice are simply superior.
