Hey!

I was wondering if the Logisys PSU's are any good? I can't find any info on them anywhere on the web, which isn't a good thing. :) Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them. Please LMK if you would. Thanks!

I reviewed one a while back, they weren't all that bad on my old XP system. But the 12v rails seem a little week (low amps) for any of the newer high end stuff.

Thanks for the reply. Here are the specs on the 500W model I'm thinking about:

AC INPUT 115V/230V 10A/5A 60/50Hz
500W Max Combined
DC OUTPUT +3.3V (28A) +5V (38A) +12V (25A) -12V (0.5A) -5V (0.8A) +5VSB (2.0A)

What do you think? I'll be running an A64, X800XT PE, 2 Raptors, etc. Will this be enough? Please LMK what you think. Thanks!

As long as you don't strat trying to push a SLi setup I think you should be fine. One other point you need to think about and that the ATX power connecter, if you're going with a PCI-e MoBo, you are more than likely need a 24 pin ATX connector and a PCI-e video card connector if it isn't supplied with the PSU.

Well... it's on Ebay so I don't think I can post a link. But search for "Logisys Red PSU" and you should be able to see it. I think it was $24.95 BIN, and there were a few of them on there. I think it looks cool, but I'm not gonna plug it in to my system if it isn't stable and a decent power supply. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

Oh, and I'm suing the DFI LP 250gb nf3 mobo, so no ATX adapter needed. :)
