Login/out Question

I take a class one night a week. Tonight I forgot to log out of AT before I left the class. If I log out from home will I be logged off that machine at school or will the cookie keep me logged in? I never log out at home.

I believe login is based on a cookie. If you didn't check the box to always keep you logged in, then you probably are logged out by now. If I remember correctly, the cookie will "time out" after a set amount of time so that people can't get back onto your account if you forget to log out.
