I'm having a slight problem. My original ID of THale02896 is no longer allowing me to log in and the reset password feature does not seem to be working properly for me. It asks for the question and answer but always tells me I have the wrong question.

If a mod could help by resetting the password for THale02896 it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
