Logical Progression

Is that logical? Wouldn't you be a helpdesk supervisor before you start to tackle servers? Seems like server support would be a few steps beyond that since peeps are calling you for help while their business is stalled.
 
Unless these are contract positions, moving from company to company (if that is indeed the case) so often will make you look bad.
