Just curious, why didn't you save/archive your data before reformatting?

I hope things get better for you.

I really did try to archieve it. It's just that in doing so I messed up (nobody is perfect, mistakes are bound to happen) and lost everything, almost a year's worth of e-mails.

As you all know I formatted my computer and lost many important e-mails. I called in today asking if she could look up my info for my order and lo and behold they can't find it but yet my Paypal debit card was charged. This is so unfair. It's like it knew my computer was going to format itself and mess up so they took advantage. This always happens to me. How can this be happening to me. I don't believe it. I just don't believe it. I really don't believe it. I asked to speak the to lady's supervisor and she hung up on me. I don't believe this.

Quoted for posterity. Call them back. Did you give them your Paypal debit card number? If nothing else dispute it with Paypal.

Sorry to hear. How did you attempt to archive?

This sounds a lot like a parody thread to me.

Any chance your ISP might be persuaded to look for it in a backup?

I don't get why they wouldn't refund your money if you can provide proof that you paid them for something but they have nothing in their system to show that they delivered anything.

This thread is leaning towards the state of being locked, partly due to neffing.

Ryan, why do you post these threads when you know you're going to later regret it and edit the original post?

Makes no sense.

Anyhow I'm sorry that you lost your e-mail, I've had it happen to me and know how you feel :(
