This was locked. May I ask why?

I checked in the software, technical support and highly technical forums but don't see it moved there. I don't care that it's locked because I got my answer; I just wanted to thank the posters.

It had nothing to do with Software, I Was asking how to point a domain. It has nothing to do with programming, so I didn't post it in the Programming forum.

I was asking how to point a domain name somwhere. I just used Apache to be more specific. I know nothing of the process so I was providing as much information as I could.
