why were the threads about the overpriced xbox 360s locked? was it because they posted links to auctions on ebay?

Yeah the lock mod has been running around rampant with his padlocks. I've seen a couple threads locked for reasons I can't ascertain. I think this one will be next. Kind of like anything that may diminish the moderators is automatically teh lock.
 
none of them were my posts, i was just wondering.
why didn't they just move them to the right post/forum then?

besides, i think they had more to do with people being stupid than about the xbox itself.

oh well...

this post has nothing to do with diminishing or bashing the mods. i was just curious as to why they were locked.
