I bought the PureVideo Decoder a while ago and I misplaced my product key. So I go on to Nvidia Store and check for my product key.
Apparently though it says my E-Mail is invalid. That is impossible as I have used the software a number of times and paid for it.
So I E-Mailed them multiple times and they haven't gotten back to me....it has been months since my last E-Mail.
What should i do?

(Oh and i tried to make a new account with my E-Mail and it says "Error that E-Mail is already registered)
Edit: They have no contact information. The best I can do is send another pointless E-Mail or call their corporate center (Which doesn't sound like they would be able to do anything)
