Locked folder in XP

I want to get into a folder on my computer that used to be on a password protected account. this account no longer exists. But I know the files are in there because the folders from other deleted non-pw protected accounts can still be opened. But this folder is denying me access. BTW, I have the password to the old account and yes I am the Administrator account.

I keep getting this message:
