Lockage issues

Hmm, odd.

Try: start -> run -> %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation

Could be that you need to use the classic logon (not sure).
 
Ah ha! I went looking for the option to get the classic logon, and I turned off the Welcome screen. It works when I press Ctrl +Alt + Del now. Thanks for the prompt!
