That's because unlike the broadcasters, the NFL generally has the spare time to clobber anyone Retransmitting Or Rebroadcasting Without The Expressed Written Permission Of The National Football League.

If you want that, you're going to have to get a TiVo, or a ReplayTV for $49.74 After Rebate 😀

this has been discussed about 5000 times here. TV shows aren't legal, including sporting events.
