That's about 12 ounces of pure alcohol.. about 20+ beers. She'll either puke or die.

120 lb. girl and she's only 17 so probably not too accustomed to drinking.. depending on how long it took her to drink it, her BAC could be up to about .6.. lethal.

We don't know how big your glasses are, but this is easier to imagine in terms of shots of vodka:
8oz: 13 shots
12oz: 20 shots
16oz: 27 shots
20oz(!): 33 shots
It also depends on what time frame she is consuming them in... 1 hour, 5 hours, etc, and the frequency of consumption. However, if she started drinking at 7 and was cut off at midnight, that is one drink per hour. In an 8oz glass, that is about 2 or 3 shots an hour, which is managable. For a 16 oz glass, it is over 5 shots per hour, which could be deadly.
Here is the thing though... why do you want to know?
1) Are you trying to get her drunk so you can hook up with her?
2) Have sex with her?
3) Would she not mess around with you sober?
If the answer to 1 and 3 are yes, then you are a sleeze-ball.
If your answer to 2 and 3 are yes, then you are a RAPIST.
Just some things to think about.

dude, you're forgetting ICE. A 16-oz glass filled with ice, then poured 1/3 vodka + 2/3 OJ will probably be only around 2 shots (3oz) of vodka per glass.
2 shots per glass x 5 glasses = 10 drinks. I can have that in 5 hours and still be under the legal limit for driving, granted i don't weigh 120 either, but still.
she will be drunk. she will have slurred speech, mild disorientation, and will be stumbling around. possibly puking depending on how fast she drank it (30 minutes = puke, a few hours = drunk).
if she is still conscious you should hit it.

It's all fun and games until you're peeling a friend off the cold tile bathroom floor where she's been lying in a pool of her own vomit after a night of 'let's get the girl drunk'. Trust me, at that point after the paramedics leave you're ready to kill whoever got her smashed and dumped her off at the dorm.
At best she'll pass out quick before doing anything regretable and have a nasty hangover.
At worst she'll end up in the hopital, or the morgue. Know it sounds overdramatic, but this is a 120lb girl who has no experience with alcohol, it's well within the realm of possibilities.
Either way you'll probably lose a friend if you're playing the above game when she thinks about it.
So tell me, what part of that makes this sound like a good idea? If it's already happened watch her close, wake her up from time to time and see if you can get her to drink some water, especially if she's thrown up. Does all depend on the size of the glasses, but regardless of size whoever is supplying alcohol in this manner to a 17 year old needs their ass kicked. This isn't a sip of wine or a beer at a picnic.

For some reason, I am leaning towards Shenanigans. How can someone who has no experience with alcohol, down 5 glasses in 20 minutes? Especially if they are larger than 8 oz (which I assume they are).

If you're serious get her to stick her finger down her throat and puke NOW. This isn't controlling a buzz with a snack, it's inducing alcohol poisoning. NOW. Get her to puke and then drive her to the ER. Don't wait for a blackout. If she's already passed out and you can't get her awake right now call the paramedics.
