No actually this spawned off of that obese thread in which someone mentioned that the obese people have no self-control..

If this were another one of my money threads I would have bumped one from the dead. I learned my lesson about making new threads about a same subject I've already created one for. Therefore, I wrote this due to the obese thread!

Ok so those who say it's a learned thing how does one go about re-learning how to JUST SAY NO TO SPENDING/EATING? Often times when I get hungry I chow down like a mad man. I guess that is one way to keep myself from going hungry is to eat many meals a day therefore I will not just get hungry all at one time in which I'll pick out and eat everything in site.

Absolutely it's learned. I went from being probably the least self controled person on the planet to actually being pretty responsible these days. It can be done. And Magic cards 😕 I didn't even know those things still existed.

Ok guys, to those who say it is a learned trait can you give an example or if you have gone through the same thing that the obese guys or I go through. Just lay it down and give me an example of what happend and how you ended up changing? You're supposed to save like what, 15% of each pay check?

I see nothing in your original post which alludes to obesity other than it got you thinking. You mention as you have mentioned before that you have spent money on something not out of need but out of desire. How is this thread any different than previous ones?
