LOCK Refresh Rate in Display

Here is my problem,I locked the refresh rate in the displays properties in the past to 85refresh rate,But I forgot the path to do it again (been awhile) with out haven to use the NV-refresh fix 2.1 program.Can someone tell me what is the setting I,m over looking in the advance display settings.Thx,s BTW my OS is XP.
 
OK guys Here is the Refresh Fix and not haft to use the NVfix 2.1.Well works for me any way.I was barking up the wrong tree,I hit my head on the desk,and it came back to me.It is not in Windows display settings fix;It is in the DXDiag.exe program and open DXdiag,and go to HELP TAB and in the help tab got to bottom of page where it say override--Open it an type in a refresh-rate (inportant)you know your monitor will support,And bingo no more NVFIX programs.Hope this information helps some one else as it did me.
