Well there never be a draft unles someone like china attacks us, then they won't need one, so it's a mute point

Why is that dumbass.....you think China stands a chance against the US? Dream on, they don't even have the ability to project force beyond their own continent unless they lob nuclear missiles, which they wouldn't even have it they wouldn't have been allowed to steal that technology from the US. If China started a war with the US we would simply conventionl carpet bomb them back into the stoneage (which wouldn't take much).

You're the dumbass who thinks they would attack us now. Give it 30 years and read red dragon rising to shore up you're ignorance.

HAHAHAHAHA.....has your psychiatrist talked with you about dilusions and strange lttle voices? You people crack me up.

If you think China is as easy to fight as Iraq, you are surely wrong.

Vietnam war is one lesson that we should learn from. Before Vietnam war, everyone thought it will be a child play that just throwing 2 bomb there and they would be back to pre-stoneage, and the result were beyond everyone's wildest imagination.

Never said that....but US military technology advance at an exponential rate compared to China...who has to steal most of it's technology so I am not worried, but it China provoked a war with the US it would not be prosecuted like Vietnam. We would play for keeps and it wouldn't be pretty.

when the pre-election terrorist attack kills 100? , 1000? , 10000? americans , i wonder if people will feel differently?

you guys can pretend it isn't a war if you want

Coming from Asia where there are mandatory drafts in S. Korea and Taiwan. They don't let anyone out over the age of 16, unless they've already served. Its legal there, they can hold you. So I don't see why the US couldn't legally hold you in the country if you are of draft age. If there was a draft.

The trick is, to leave the country early and then become the citizen of another country, like USA. 😉

Unless there is another reason that you cannot leave the country, and they have not already instituted the draft, they cannot stop you from leaving the country.

Yeah, they take in all pussies up there.

Well all I can say is, if we do not have Bush in office next four years, I seriously doubt there will be a draft. If there is and Bush is in office, I wouldn't be surprised if he has a hunch that other countries have WMD, or wait, oil.
