Actually, those pictures look exactly like the ones here. It is part of an e-mail hoax about these golden retreiver puppies that are going to be put down if they are not adopted. Started up in Ottawa IIRC.

Hehe....we had to inspect/certify a wallaby for shipping once at the vet I worked at years ago. That was interesting.

Too bad you can't mail one. What's the fastest way of shipping? :D

You can get animal shipping if you really want one. Co-worker paid $150 to ship a $500 puppy to his g/f. Shipping was same-day. :)

What he said. But how do you do it, you ship it at the airport, or what exactly? I don't think you go to the USPS or anything.

Yup, the airport. They don't ship to all airports either....usually have to be near a pretty big one. :)

It was posted here last week some time and I recognized the pictures from the previous post. Found the info at Snopes and pictures 1 & 3 are identical to the 2 pictures they have on the story at Snopes. I remember picture 2 from the previous post as well, but it isn't in the story at Snopes.

Nail her fausto! I freaking hate people who make crap up like that and carry on as if it's not fake. Hopefully she'll feel embarassed. I mean she's offering these puppies to her co-workers, but they don't exist? That's not so cool.

Nasty, sarcastic email implying people not smart enough to consider the source of the random "FWD:" emails they get before sending them to 400 coworkers shouldn't own a computer, drive or reproduce has been sent. :|

Hmm, they don't look pure golden retriever to me. Usually golden retriever puppies have fluffy hair all over (not matted down). Mother doesn't look pure either.

They looks like a golden retriever/labrador mix IMO.

But regardless, damn cute puppies!!! :D I LOVE retrievers.. I own a Golden Retriever. :D

Just a note. The color they will be when they grow up will be close to the color of their ears now.

*EDIT* OMG, that hoax is fscked up!!! :| I hope that co-worker gets brutally anal raped.

Cute. :)

Fausto1 - it is your patriotic duty to hunt down the mass-spammer and force-feed them a hardcopy of every email they perpetuated. :|

Time to add some more words to my filter list.

Edit - hey, it might be a scam, but those puppies are still so cute. :D

WTF are you talking about? Consider the chain of custody of this thing in reverse:

Wife forwards me an internal email from her office <-----perfectly plausible

Subject: Free Puppies

I know this isn't business related, but I would hate for these puppies to be
put to sleep. If anyone is interested in free puppies... maybe a cute
Christmas present... please contact lady below. Thx

Sending out for someone else.

Puppies looking for a home (see photos attached). If you know of anyone
who would like to adopt one of those FREE puppies? They will have to be
put to sleep in about 2 weeks if we don't find them a home.

Contact XXXXXX Jackson xxxxxxxxx@msn.com

The moron is Melissa who forwarded this "for someone else" on behalf of Jackson, whom she doesn't even know, so bite me. :p
