the original NES controller!!Good old block with 4 buttons.
 
I have a PS original, and since PS2 uses the same controller, I'd say the PS2 controller.....I like it *much* better than the N64. Haven't felt the Xbox one (yes I saw the OMG xbox controller sucks, so no need to nef about that one).

Yes, a very fine controller and I'm not saying this as a Sega fanboy.
 
PS2 controller is the best. GameCube is right behind. the US Xbox controller just plain sucks. The Japan Xbox controller would have been better. For old school systems, SNES had the best controller.

That thing was uncomforatble too. PS2 controller is the best current controller. I hated the N64 one too. J-spec Xbox is way better.

I don't have a problem with the PS2 controller. I like it just fine. As I suspected most of you fanboys missed my point.
 
Nintendo spent more time on R&D on their controllers than Sony probably did on their entire PS2. (Ok ok just joking, but they spend more time than any other video game company on their controllers - that's why the just feel so damn good)
