so I heard recently that the locations of the dashes in your social security number are determined by your birth date. If you were born between January 1st and December 31st of an even or odd year, you'll have three digits, then a dash, then two more digits, another dash, and finally, the last four digits.
otherwise what, no dashes or something? also, post your SSNs
xxx-xx-xxxx
EDIT: I must be special because my social security "number" is actually all letters as you can see
