Oooo, there's a real juicy nugget going on out here...apparently a rich white dude is running for a local position, while the rich white *WIFE* of a different dude is running for THE SAME POSITION!!!

Honestly, a school budget levy and an EMS levy is about as exciting as it gets around here.

My local races (town council, county supervisors and school board ) are all slam dunk conservative, it's just the demographics of where I live. The State Ballot Initiatives concern me, but with the leftward tilt of my State (California) there's not much I can do besides put up signs, volunteer time and donate to good causes.

Since the Democrats control most the State positions, they get to title the Propositions as they see fit, so make sure you read the particulars.
