Local place to buy tails

What is a local place where I can buy a tail for a fan... like bestbuy or something like that? CompUSA? RadioShack? Those have tails to make a 3-pin or 4-pin connector?

I would try Radioshack first. You'll get raped at BestBuy, CompUSA (if they even have them)
