Looks more like a crayfish than a lobster.

oh yeah, they need swarm of ants verse some of these things, ants pwn everything

Fireants FTW! I remember reading a study about invasive species, and fireants beat all other ants in the fights they set up.

Alot of those bugs just seem to fight when they bump into each other while trying to find a way out of the box, but the hornets are another matter altogether. They actively stalk the other bugs in order to kick their a**es (although, in hindsight, it should have left the scorpion alone).

Does anyone else find this somewhat repulsive? This reminds me of Michael Vick and his dogfighting. Kind of like with crustations though ...

eh, sorta but bugs don't exactly have enough brain power to get much sympathy from me...

Yeah, I actually felt a little sorry for the poor lobster, though when you think about it, I'm not sure that getting thrown into boiling water would've made it much happier...
Japs have the weirdest TV shows.

I'm surprised that the beetles won almost all of their fights against other bugs. It even somehow kills the scorpion.

Yeah, this is less cruel than boiling a lobster alive by far. The little blue guy died with his sword in his hand. Either way, they don't have brains though, only small bundles of neurons. I don't think they are sentient.

Shame no mantis shrimp 😀

I'm thinking nothing could beat that.

"fighters, shake hands and fight!"
KABAM!

Mantis shrimp wins 0 seconds into the first round.

Then how do they walk around, find food, fight (with tactics, using their claws), and find mates?

Hardwired instinct

Similar to people. People act on instinct as well. They may try to justify their actions creatively, but studies have shown time and time again that what they really do is follow instinct.
