i don't know if this belongs in "BRAG or MOAN" or if it's a hot deal...but here it goes. Went down to the local market with my priceline card in hand and my letter for two 1.25lb lobsters which I paid 10.00 dollars for with my card, when I got to the market, there was no available 1.25lb left
the case was empty BUT there were some nice looking 1.5lbs and up just next store..so I asked the clerk ..I've got a slip for lobsters but you have none left ..what's the story here..where are my lobsters..I prepaid..I want my lobsters! The sales person called the store manager and I finally got my lobsters except that instead of 2
1.25lb=10.00 dollars, I recieved 2 lobsters weighing over 3lbs for my 10.00 dollars..end result is if I had gone and gotten retail the 2 lobsters=7.99 a poundx3lbs=24 dollars and I paid only 10.00..the moral of this story is don't count you lobsters before they are eaten..
p.s. they tasted very good for cheap price.
