Loading a single webpage from multiple html files

not using iframes. I know a couple ways using javascript, vbscript.

Really I just am wondering what the best way to get multiple html files into a single file. This is so I don't have to copy and paste the menu and other portions that are used over multiple pages.
 
thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for. Works great, I knew there had to be a simple way to do that.
