You need to include more info like the mobo type so we can search their homepage and go with their instructions. Different mobo makers different strokes! But the standard method is with a floppy. Using a bootable floppy, boot from it and then run the flashing commands with the new bios and everthing is just about done. After the flashing, you need to boot again without the floppy disk and then enter the bios and re-set it to default. Then reboot again and see if the system works. It better work! After that you can go ahead and set the bios to your liking.
