I was wondering if these temps are where they should be with the Intel Liquid Cooling solution (BXRTS2011LC) and included paste for an Ivy Bridge i7 3770 under full load for 15 minutes? I got around 76 - 80 c with stock cooler under full load. Ambient is around 22 c. I am not overclocking this, hence I went with the non-K.
Core temps in C under full load:
56, 60, 59, 60
I have a Crosair 300r gaming case with lots of vents and fans. The CPU and case fans max out to hold the temps around 60 under full load for about 15 minutes. Steam games using multi core support also get things heated up to upper 50's and the fans kick in high blast. I was hoping I wouldn't need the CPU fan on max when near full load during gaming, as it is loud. Perhaps I can kick up the temperature threshold higher (it's at 50 now) to help alleviate this?
I also know these temps are acceptable for a 3770, however I am curious about what temps others getting with it.
Thanks for any suggestions or results you have with this cooler.
