Load of baseball cards to sell

I've got a bunch of baseball cards I want to sell. Some of them are worth $100+, but I've got a bunch of binders sorted by player (like 10 cards of this player, 10 cards of that player, in order), and then boxes of rookies, boxes of commons, boxes of 10 cent cards (but hundreds of them).

Anyone know an easy place to just get rid of these things without putting too much effort into it all?

you may want to consider getting your high dollar cards graded to possibly pull a premium.

I wouldn't sell. The card market isn't what it used to be.

I'd hold off on them; maybe sell when you're old.

if you just want to dump it, why not just go to your local card/coin dealer and tell him to buy it. You might not make as much if you sold it individually but you'll get it out quick and effortless.

Exactly what neovan said, find a nearby (and fairly large) collectibles store. Call them up, ask them if they 1)buy cards, and 2)are okay with you coming down at a certain time to give you a quote. Be ready to quite literally make 20 cents on the dollar (at least according to the Becket price guide).

If you have any Koufax cards, I will take them off your hands though...

Unfortunately, you won't get much nowadays since most buyers now will only buy cards that have been professionally graded. And it's not that cheap getting each card graded.

I'm in the same boat, I collected so many cards when I was young. I must have over 100,000 cards and tons of expensive ones. Almost an impossible feat to sell it all.

You could cherry-pick out anything of major value and just pawn them off somewhere for like 30 cents on the dollar (relative to BBCM), then just donate the rest to a charity or something that might distribute them to kids, for example. With cards... it's more of a "get these outta my basement" than "how much can I get for them" right now.
