I've got a two Linksys 10/100 cards running in my machine, one connects to my DSL modem the other connects to my Linksys 4 port hub which allows me to network the two other pc's I have in the house. I don't really know much about load balancing other than it allows you to receive a bit more bandwith? Anyhow, I swapped with a buddy and got a 3com Etherfast Nic and I'm wondering how I can change my setup to: have the two Linksys's Loadbalance and use the 3com to go to the hub. Is this possible and would it be beneficial?

Thanks!

There's no point in doing load balancing. Your DSL only uses a fraction of your current cards bandwidth. You could use a 10MB card and have the same performance as a 10/100 card.
