Load balancing two internet connections based on port info

My apartments give two internet connections to each apartment and I'm looking for a software based load balancing solution.

My only request is to have a filter to send traffic on a certain port to one connection, and other ports to another.

For example, all game ports (e.g. 27015 for Counter-Strike) would go over Connection 1. Everything else (web browsing, e-mail, downloads/uploads) would go over Connection 2.

Anyone have a free solution? I would prefer a w32 one, but a linux solution would work too.

Thanks,

Henning
