I didn;t have "c" cell batteries so I had to go to 7-11 and pick some up..yes, as we all know, they rape you on battery prices:(

I've got one of those cheap battery operated coin sorters that I got at a chinese gift exchange... dumped change in it every single day, and only gone through 2 sets of batteries in 5 years. I mostly just use it as an easy gauge of how much change I've built up.
