Yes, but realize that not everyone's diets are the same.
I eat easily 400g+ of carbs every day as part of a 6,000 calorie diet.
The golden rule of steak restaurants is this: Limit yourself to a 9-ouncer or smaller.

your -berto has a lot more meat than ours :
although some of our -berto's has a 1/2 order (more about 70%) for less $$$
