I was driving around town today and saw a billboard with a giant blown up version of this pic today.

Sigh. The point is, it's an old internet pic, that somebody put up in billboard form. :beer: for that.
 
It's a metaphor of wearing protection before you go in for the poontang or else suffer the consequence of getting STD/HIV/Hepatitis C = Death.
