Llano cheap gaming notebook

Does anyone have experience gaming on a llano notebook? If so how is the experience overall? I was thinking of picking up a notebook in the $500-$650 range in the next 6 months or so for gaming on low/medium detail settings. Looks like something like this may fit the bill.

I'm hoping that I can get a notebook in this price range which will be capable of playing Guild Wars 2. The minimum specs aren't out yet of course, but I don't expect them to be too high.

i heard that at bestbuy they have a llano laptop with hybrid crossfire (using the CPU's GPU and a dedicated GPU in a hybrid crossfire)

just got this myself.

$550 with an a8 processor and a 6750m switchable.

Blu Ray Drive. 6gb of ram. Only thing is the hard drive is 5400rpm and battery life can't be that great if you're actually gaming. Also recertified ofc.

Damn... I see the same one on newegg.ca for $600. Wish I had the spare cash right now. That's an amazing deal for a laptop with those specs. HP build quality is supposed to be quite good to.

I own the DV6z similar to that machine except have 1080p screen and A8-3510MX. I can say it is a nice machine for gaming. However the asymmetrical crossfirex is a mixed bag. Some games it works, others it causes microstutters. But the CPU can be overclocked reasonably well while being undervolted at the same time. But the machine can get a bit toasty. I did a cooling mod on mine, so it runs nice and cool now. I'd link to my cooling mod at NBR but the site seems to be down at the moment.
