2 bedroom place so we get our own space... she has a bf though, and so I guess while I don't care about that right now, people are telling me I'm gonna get annoyed sooner or later esp when he starts consuming resources...

Dunno though.

trust me.. its hard. I have had 2 female roommtes, it works fine until they get a bf.. then they turn bitchy and stuff.. fsck it.

As long as you're not jealous when shes getting sum and you're not then fine. But usually it doesn't work out.

Personal experience has taught me that living with a girl (friend, SO or otherwise) is just a bad idea in general. Granted some people do and it works great but...

Of my last 8 housemates, only 1 has been male. No major problems (except when all three of my housemates had periods at the same time).

Sucks when your freinds bang your housemates: that can get a tad awkward.

Go for it.

I lived with a girl for while and she also had a b/f...they had sex all the time...even though they turned the tv up and sometimes they played music I could still hear them...so you may want to watch out for that
