I just upgraded to Win XP recently.

I have succesfully installed the latest SBLIve 5.1 drivers and have no problems.

However, I'd like to have the option of Liveware for Win XP - any rumours going out there if and when this will be available?

IIRC, you are supposed to use the Win2K LiveWare 3, then patch it up with the XP drivers.

Hi Andy - Lay ho? :)

Well I tried that the other day - downloaded Liveware 3.0 for Win 2000.

It all installed - apart from telling me the un-installer would not work....all the software loaded, however, the launcher was all greyed out when "launched"

I'll need to go back and have another fiddle I guess ;)

Weren't new drivers and software just released? If it is not available in parts from Creative yet it will be soon -Audigy too (this month?). You can download a complete new CD from Compaq which works with either but its a couple hundred MB's. You can also order them in Europe via their website but I could not find it for North America and could not be arsed to phone in an order but would rather just wait for the components I want to be available for download.

Yeah the new drivers come with some software - but nothing like the capability of Liveware

Do you have any link to the compaq download?

I shall have a search later though :)
