Live Tv streaming to notebook no sound

I have a tv tuner in my Main Comptuer. I setup remote desktop and everything works fine. I have forwared the audio on everything that I play on the computer.

I have a WInfast TV tuner card .. I can run the app but it has no sound. The problem is that tuner card loops the sound into the sound card. Is there a way to stream this sound to my laptop. All the other programs the sound forwards to my laptop.
 
I have no clue on how to do this. Give me any outline. I am fairly good at computers and software so Im sure i can figure it out. I also have a Microsoft Action pack sub so I should have most of the software i need.
