Live TV on the Internet?

Check out Orb.com. If you have a tuner in your PC, you can 'cast that out to almost any device that can get to the Orb website.

Orb also lets you stream mp3, photos, and files.

If you have an IR blaster, you can also command it to change channels remotely.

It also let's you command your PC to record the video remotely, and stream the video out (like any other stored video).

I have one of my DirecTV receivers feeding my home system, and watch it remotely, frequently from my phone (MS Windows Mobile 5 & Media Viewer).

Orb is pretty cool (and ***FREE***).

definitely rocks. I've been using it for months. Helped me get through the football season when I was at work.
