Plot probably involves Dora fighting white supremacists led by Swiper along the border wall, and it turns out Boots is actually a spy working for them. Backpack is still one of the good guys, though he heroically dies by opening up to swallow a grenade lobbed at Dora, saving her life.

Some directors can. Michael Bay can't. No matter what sort of movie he starts with on paper it becomes a loud, braindead compilation of explosions and chase scenes.
