Live Bios update?

Anyone use the live bios update the comes with the k7t Turbo-R? I'm planning on flashing and was just curious.

Several people killed bios, when they tried falsh bios via Live Bios on K7t pro2a board, and I'm one of them. But also there're some people using Live Bios with no problem.
I think flashing bios on floppy is safer, but there is no 100% gaurantee for safety on bios flash.

I was just curious. I decided against it and just flashed normally. It worked like a charm. Tahnks for the help.
