LittleBigPlanet update error...

I can't remember the exact digits, I'll post them when I get the error again.

Anyways, I've had my PS3 since November and I can connect to PSN just fine, I've created multiple accounts, downloaded several demos, I have even bought from the store (Wipeout HD) just fine. Updates for GTA IV downloaded without a fuss however I can't get LittleBigPlanet to update.

I don't know if it's always at the same point (I don't think it is) but I always get an error (it starts with 8071... I think) and it NEVER downloads (I've been trying since November so it's not temporary or anything), I'm already kind of disappointed with the game but I figure online is where it's at, however the update won't download... any ideas?

Thanks for any input. I'm downloading again to see the exact error number... also, I'm going to try restarting all my network devices to see if that helps.

P.D: I've searched around, some suggested disabling media server connection and it looked like it was going to complete... but nothing, same error.


EDIT: Got the same error, it's number 80710723, google search has not been very helpful.

Is it going through a router? Something like that may have been blocking ports you need or something like that. If you can try connecting to the net directly w/out going through the router to see if that helps.
